Food is good but here is my beef. every single time we go here for take out food there is NEVER any napkins! Why? we live in a new sub division so thankfully we have napkins at home but this is a truck stop so it is most important to ensure napkins are provided to patrons. My husband is getting a little tired of the "no napkins" that he is willing to drive a little further to St. Albert to give our business to that A&W. I have to think that this is how staff are trained because it is every single time. If management is reading this, be sure that by not providing napkins, is not a good business move.
